This is an absolutely beautiful and unique quality handmade genuine Steel knife. This BRAND NEW knife has unique steel blade . My steel is hard-forged 9crMoV14 Stainless Steel. The hardness is approx 50-55 Rockwell. The blade is extremely sharp and is known to hold the edge for a long time.
