These Damascus steel KUKRI hunting knives are hand-forged according to a modern pattern. A fusion of hard higher carbon steels and lower soft carbon steels forms the best hand-forged hunting knives. Pattern layout is designed manually then the blade is forged-welded by welding 512 layers of hard higher carbon steel to numerous layers of soft lower carbon steel which grants the blade an eternity. After the blade is forged, it is then twisted as per pattern, flattened, grounded and forged a little more as per requirement.

A stack of steel is formed which is further processed to make a knife. Damascus knife is then profiled, ground and heat-treated in the kiln.  Camel burnt bone handle is then added and a bone handle hunting knife is ready to go for a hunt with you.
