These knife making blades are forged from 512 premium high carbon steel and soft carbon steel. It is a great knife that has the perfect combination of strength and flexibility. Made with Damascus Steel, it is tough and durable. The blade is profiled, ground, heat treated and finished with additional processes like etching and bluing to reveal the striking pattern. This has a razor sharp edge that stays sharp longer than almost any other knife on the market today.
